Clearly define the three categories of advertisers (Professional, Non-Professional, Individual) on the platform, while asserting that all categories are allowed to post ads, thereby ensuring transparency and proper user classification.
The good news is that everyone can post an ad on our platform.
However, we make a distinction between advertisers to ensure transparency and correct application of regulations (notably in the areas of SIRET and VAT).
Professional Advertiser
An advertiser is considered Professional if they are an expert in the sale and/or rental of goods, and use their account for the purpose of growing their business.
Examples: Dealer, Trader, Transporter, Rental Company, Manufacturer.
Non-Professional Advertiser
An advertiser is considered Non-Professional if they have an account, but their main activity is not the sale or rental of equipment.
Examples: Farmer (farm operation), ETA (Agricultural Works Company), GAEC (Agricultural Group for Joint Farming), CUMA (Cooperative for the Use of Agricultural Equipment).
Individual
The Individual is any physical person who sells or rents equipment without it being related to a regular business or professional activity.
