🎯 Target
The goal of this article is twofold: First, to inform customers of the exact location of their invoices in their personal space. Secondly, to detail the process for changing billing information while clearly informing the user that these changes are not retroactive and will only affect future invoices.
Where to find my invoices?
To view and download your invoices in PDF format:
Log in to your account.
Go to "Account Settings" (by clicking on your name or personal space).
Click on the "My Invoices" tab.
⚠ Invoices are generated and available to view within 72 hours of payment for an order. You will receive an email notification as soon as they are available in your customer account.
Updating billing information
If you wish to update your billing information (change of company name, establishment, etc.):
From your Dashboard, go to "Account Settings" then "My Addresses".
Click on "Edit" and update your establishment's information.
Do not forget to click on "Save".
Important: non-retroactive action
Changes made to your account details are not retroactive.
They will only apply to future invoices issued after these changes are validated.
Once these changes have been made, please inform us by return, via email, so that we can process your updates for the next billing cycle.
