Our platform uses a contact form to connect potential buyers with you. To answer to these requests, you must use your own email system.
How to contact your buyer
Open the email you received from us following the buyer's request.
Copy the email address of the potential buyer found in the body of the message.
Open your personal mailbox (Outlook, Gmail, etc.).
Create a new message and paste the buyer's email address in the "Recipient" field.
You can now communicate directly with the buyer via this method, as you would with a standard email.
Security and reporting blocked contacts
We take the security of our users very seriously. If a contact has been blocked by our services, we encourage you to not continue communications with them.

Report the contact as spam by clicking on the link "is spam" in the message.
