How to invite a new user to your account?

🎯 Target

The goal of this article is to provide account administrators with a step-by-step guide to invite and link new users. It aims to ensure a proper access management by specifying the required actions of the invited users and emphasizing the technical focus point for successful validation by the Control Department.

Invitation process (by the administrator)

As an administrator, you can easily add new members to your account so they can be visible as sellers, manage the listings and settings with their own credentials.

Log in to your administrator’s account.

  1. Go to "Account Settings".

  2. Select the "Users" tab.

  3. Click on the blue button "Add a user".

  4. Fill in the form with the First Name, Surname and email address of the person you want to invite.

  5. Define their account management rights (permissions).

  6. Confirm the invitation by pressing on “Next”.

Finalization (by the new user)

The invited user will receive an invitation email and needs to click the button "I Accept" to validate their link.

  • They will then be asked to provide their phone details and choose their own password.

Technical Focus Point

If both steps (sending the invitation and accepting the invitation) are carried out on the same computer, make sure to log out from the administrator’s account before clicking on the invitation link. This is crucial to avoid confusion in our system.

Final validation

Once the invitation is accepted, the addition will be moderated by our Control Department.

Upon validation, the new user will be able to log in to the account with their own credentials.
