I haven’t received the activation email for my account: what should I do?

The target of this article is to guide the user through the troubleshooting steps to receive their account activation email. It aims to empower the client by checking the common causes (input error, spam, blocking) before contacting Customer Department.

The activation email is essential; it confirms that the address you provided is valid and functional.

If you have not received it, the verification steps are as following.

Check the email address entered 

It is possible that the email address you entered when creating your account is incorrect.

Return to the login area (or the registration step) and enter your email address again.

Check your inbox 

The email may have been automatically categorized into a folder other than your main inbox:

Check your junk mail or spam folder.

If you are using a strict corporate email system, it is possible that the email is blocked. Verify the settings of your firewall or anti-spam filter.

Still having issues?

If, after these verifications, you still have not received the activation email, please contact our Customer Department. We can check your account and assist you in validating your address manually.
