This article aims to guide users in updating their personal data (phone, address, email) by detailing the exact path on their dashboard. It seeks to empower the customer by specifying the validation periods (1 hour to 72 hours) for security reasons.
How to access and update your information in a few clicks?
Once logged into your dashboard, always start by going to "Account Settings".
Editing the phone Number
To change your phone number:
Access the tab "My Profile" from “Account Settings”.
Enter your new phone number.
Confirm by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Editing the postal Address
To change your address (a postal one or the head office one):
Access the tab "My Addresses" from Account Settings.
Replace the existing address with the new one.
Confirm by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
Editing Email Address
To change the email address associated with your account:
Access the tab "Login and Security" from Account Settings.
Enter your new email address.
Confirm by clicking the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
An email will then be sent to this new email address to confirm the changes made. Then, please click on the activation link contained in your linked mail box that you will receive. Please note that this one is only valid for 21 days.
Security and Validation Periods
To ensure the security and compliance of our platform, all modifications you make are subject to a review by our moderation team.
Update timeline: Changes will be validated and visible in your account within 1 to 72 business hours.
If you are unable to modify certain data for security reasons, please contact the Customer Department directly.
