The target of this article is to guide users in managing their online security, by providing the exact process to change their password either when they are logged in or if they have forgotten it. It aims to empower the customer while specifying the actions to take in case of a persistent problem.
You are logged in and wish to change it
If you simply want to update your password for security reasons:
Log in to your account.
Go to "Account Settings" (or click directly on your name at the top right).
Select the tab "Connection and Security / Password / Generate a new password".
Our system will send you out an e-mail on your mail box with a link to enable you to reset your password.
Enter your new unique password composed of 8 characters minimum including letters and numbers.
Click the "Confirm" button at the bottom of the page to validate the change.
I forgot my password and cannot log in

If you have lost your password, follow these steps to reset it:
On the login page, click the link "Forgotten your Password?".
Enter the email address linked to your account.
Check your inbox (and your junk / spam folder / firewall system) to find the reset email.
If you do not receive the email:
Check that the email is not in your junk folder & firewall system.
Make sure that the email address used is the one linked to your account.
