The aim of this article is to guide the user step by step through the process of editing their ad.
How to change my ad?
To correct a price, add details or update the description:
Log in to your account.
In the menu, click on the section "My classified Ads".
Select the ad you want to change.
A toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen: click on the button " ✏ Edit".
Make your changes by making sure you validate all the steps until you see the confirmation message saying that it will be checked within 24 to 72 hours.
Some changes require the assistance of Customer Services
Certain details cannot be changed directly via your personal account.
This applies in particular to:
the item model
the listing category
To make these changes, please contact Customer Services, who will be able to assist you and make the necessary changes.
Moderation delay following a changement
Once your ad is changed and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for a manual review.
This process can take between 1 and 72 hours.
Any major changement (price, description, photos) will result in a new review by our Control Department.
