🎯 Target
The goal of this article is to guide the user in fast diagnosis of the three statuses preventing an ad's publication ("Suspended", "To be finalized", "Put offline"). It provides the exact process for each case (consulting the reason, completing the entry or reactivation) so that the user can make their ad visible.
Your ad is suspended
This status indicates that your ad does not comply with one or more points of our publishing charter.
Correct your ad
Go to your Dashboard.
In the left-hand side of the menu, go to "My classified ads".
Find the concerned ad (it is often marked with a lock 🔒).
Click on the ad, then on "More details" to view the exact reason for the blockage.
Edit your ad accordingly.
Once your ad has been modified and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for manual review.
This process can take between 1 to 72 hours.

Your ad is to be finalised
An ad appears as "to be finalised" when all the steps of the entry form have not been entirely completed and saved.
Edit your ad
Go to your Dashboard.
From the "My ads" menu, access the details of your ad and click on “Edit”.
Complete the entry and press on “Next”, right to the last “confirmation” step.
Once your ad has been finalised and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for manual review.
This process can take between 1 to 72 hours.
Your ad is offline
If your ad is "put offline", it means that you have willingly paused it.
Reactivate the ad
Go to your Dashboard
Select the ad with the symbol Pause you want to reactivate
Click on the menu "Put online"
Your ad is pending payment
If your listing is pending payment, you can complete the payment directly from your account by following the steps below:
Log in to your account. Go to ‘My listings’ from your personal dashboard.
Find the listing pending payment in your list of listings and click on it.
Then click on the ‘Edit my listing’ button.
You will then be guided through the various steps to check or edit your listing details.
At the end of the process, you can proceed to payment to confirm the publication of your listing.
Once your listing has been paid for and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for manual verification. This process can take between 1 and 72 hours.
Ad visibility option: ‘For machinery sales professionals only’
When creating your ad, you can select a visibility option.
This selection is made when you create the ad.
This option ensures that your ad is visible only to machinery sales professionals.
