How to republish my expired ad?

🎯 Target

The aim of this article is to guide the user step by step to reactivate an expired ad.

Confirmation

You will receive an email five days before the expiry date, within two months of publication, to check whether the item is still available.

You can renew the publication of the ad for an additional two months (at a cost). These renewals are subject to a specific total duration limits depending on the category.

➜ For more details, refer to our article.

Important distinction between the listing duration and options

It is important to distinguish between:

  • The ad duration:

An ad is published for a set period.

Once this period has expired, the listing is no longer visible online.

It is then necessary to republish it to put it back online.

  • Ad options:

Certain options may remain active until the property is sold, depending on the duration allocated for the selected option(s).

Please note:

Subscribing to or paying for an option does not extend the listing duration. An active option does not constitute a renewal.

🔄 Steps to republish

If your ad has expired, you can quickly put it back online from your personal space.

  • Log in to your account.

  • Go to the "My classified ads" section (located in the menu on the left).

  • Select the expired ad

  • Find the yellow information banner indicating that you have expired ads.

  • Click the "Re-publish my classified ad" button located on this banner.

You will then be guided to confirm or edit the details of the ad before putting it back online.

For non-professional, private and professional advertisers, without any pack set up, renewal is regulated.
