🎯 Objective
This objective aims to explain how to settle an ad, whether during creation, when the order is pending payment, or if the payment is rejected
Settlement of an ad during creation
The payment for your ad is made at the end of the ad entry process.
Once the main information of your ad has been provided, you will reach Step 4 – Options.
If you don’t wish to add any option, simply leave all options unchecked.
Then click on the "Next" button to continue the process.
You will then be redirected to Step 5 – Confirmation and settlement, where you can verify your ad’s information and proceed with its payment.
⚠ Note: Orders are paid only by credit card.
Finalize an order pending payment or with rejected payment
If your payment has been rejected or if your order remains pending, you can finalize the settlement from your account.
Two methods are possible:
Through the "My Orders" tab
Go to the settings of your account.
Click on the "My Orders" tab.
Select the relevant order.
Click on "Change payment method".
You will be redirected to the payment method selection to finalize the transaction.
Through the relevant ad
Go to the "My Ads" section from your personal space.
Find the ad pending payment in the list.
Click on the relevant ad.
Then click on "Edit my ad".
Follow the different steps to verify or edit your ad’s information.
At the end of the process, you will be able to proceed with the payment to validate the publication.
Validation and posting online
Once your ad is settled and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for manual verification.
