The aim of this article is to guide the user step by step through the process of deleting an ad.
How to permanently delete my ad?
If your equipment is sold or if you wish to remove the ad:
Log in to your account.
In the menu, click on the "My classified ads" section.
Select the ad you wish to delete.
A toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen: click the "❌Delete".
A final confirmation window will be required before the ad is permanently deleted.
Permanent deletion
We draw your attention to the fact that once the deletion of your ad is confirmed, it is permanently removed from your account.
It is impossible for our departments to regenerate, restore, or retrieve an ad that has been deleted after several months.
If you wish to put the equipment back online that was subject to this deletion, you will have to create a new complete ad from scratch.
