The purpose of this article is to guide the user step by step to the "My classified ads" section of their account so they can independently review and identify the specific reason for the suspension of their ad.
How to know the reason of the suspension?
If you see the status "Suspended" or "To be corrected" on your ad, it means that it does not comply with one or more points of our publication guidelines.
To find out the exact reason and know what to correct
Log in to your account.
From the left menu, go to "My classified ads".
Locate the relevant ad (marked with a padlock 🔒).
Click on the ad, then on "More details" (or on the suspension symbol where the reason is displayed directly) to view the detailed reason for the blockage.
Edit your ad accordingly so it can be republished by our Control Department.
Ad validation
Once your ad is edited and saved, it will be submitted to our moderation team for a manual review.
This process can take between 1 and 72 hours.
An email will be sent to inform you either of the publication of your ad, or of its suspension, if it does not meet our validation guidelines.
