What to do if your account is suspended?

To ensure the safety of our platform and the reliability of exchanges, we manually verify the compliance of each professional account. If your account has been suspended, here are the steps to validate your account and listings.

Why is my account suspended?

If your account has been suspended, it is because some information does not comply with the applicable rules.

Log in to your personal space to check the specific reason for this suspension.


Update your information

 You are an Individual or a Professionnal but not professional in the equipment sales sector : 

  • Ensure that your first and last name are fully provided (initials are not accepted).

  • Also ensure that your address is complete and up-to-date (street name or rural area, postal code, and city).

 You are a Professional in the equipment sales sector : 

The suspension is often due to administrative inconsistencies.

Please check and correct the following points in your Account Settings :

  • Address

The address must be that of the registered office; you can add a secondary address for your equipment when posting a listing.

  • Website

In this field, only your website link is allowed (email addresses are not accepted).

  • Name, surname of the user

Ensure the first and last name are fully provided (initials are not accepted).

  • Activity

Use the contact form to send us a message describing clearly and precisely your company activity.


Account validation

Once these updates are saved, the validation of your account is undertaken by our team. All checks are performed manually, ensuring a thorough review.

The validation process may take 24 to 72 working hours. Be assured that our team will handle your request as quickly as possible.

Once your account is validated, your listings will be visible on our platform again.
